Warehouse Project Tracker

I created a project tracker for our active projects to keep everyone on the same page regarding project status. We use it as a whiteboard in our warehouse. The current status of each project is recorded using Post-it notes that are moved as each step in the process is completed.

I've created multiple project scope documents detailing what will be in a particular project. These documents are multiple pages long and illustrate thematic elements, include props with the expected scale, and provide additional details on what should be included per the client's request.

Personalized Schedules

In addition to project trackers and project scope documentation, I have experience creating personalized schedules and timelines for artists and maintaining check-ins to follow up on progress.

Prop Sheets

After creating concepts and getting approval from the client, I've created individual prop sheets that can be handed off to a sculptor. I then check in on the sculptor's progress and help maintain the design quality.

I have overseen sculptors, painters, and installers, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
